About

The Get-A-Skill (GAS) in Media Project is a human capacity building project. The main aim of the GAS Project is to equip and empower young people with skills to earn a living, and livelihood through an intensive training program.

The key areas for GAS Project in Media are:

  • Basics of Photography
  • Studio Photography
  • Events Photography & Lights Setup
  • Video Production - Storytelling
  • Camera Operation
  • Video Editing

The training will cover the business and technical side of being a media production entrepreneur. It will feature classroom business rudiments lectures, practical hands-on technical sessions, and internship.
The first installment of GAS Project will hold in Warri, Delta State. 40 young people will be trained for 6 months. The goal is to provide useful soft skills that can enhance the livelihood of the young people in Delta State.
